A short, systematic and objective evaluation on your project, program, or business concern (depending on the area you wish to emphasize) that provides an assessment of your process and includes a gap analysis on areas to be implemented.

This could be an organizational maturity assessment (as in PMI's OPM3), or an assessment of a custom process you have, or wish to have, in place.
