Prerequisites

Participants should already be familiar with project management concepts before enrolling in this course. To pass the PMP exam one needs to be able to document 3500 hours of project management activities (scope, quality, risk, time, or cost management for example among others). If the individual does not have this background it is recommended that they take the Project Management Essentials, CAPM Certification Prep course. See this site for additional details.
