Since every company has differing needs and projects at different points in their lifecycle, PSA offers different packages to best fit the situation.

• PSA Umbrella
  This is the most comprehensive of the packages. PSA will start with you at square one as your project begins initiation and coaches you through to completion and project close-out. This can also be used as a “menu” where the client can pick and choose the portions they need the most assistance with.
  
• PSA Project Right Start
  This is tailored to get your project initiation off to an effective start. This involves role determination, feature negotiation and documentation and selection of the lifecycle you are best suited for. Starting a project correctly has huge impacts on its viability
  
• PSA Trouble-shoot
  This involves diagnosing where your project is having difficulties and making a recommendation for overcoming them.
  
• PSA Schedule Assistance
  This package can either get you started with a new schedule, or help you improve an existing one. It also may involve training of the tool (note the MS Project is tool used for this package).
